We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses of all specialties to join our Nursing Pool at Pindara Private Hospital in the Gold Coast.
These are Permanent Part-Time Roles with hours to suit your availability!
About the Role
Working in the Nursing pool will see you assigned to a variety of shifts across departments relevant to your experience and specialty to support the operation of the hospital. If you enjoy the variety of gaining experience in a new side of the hospital each week, then this role is a perfect fit for you!
As a member of our clinical team you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders of the departments you are assigned to shift-to-shift to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
In this role you will report to the Assistant Director of Clinical Services.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The flexibility to work across a seven-day roster will be essential to this role.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- 2 years’ experience or more as a Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- Any specific specialty experience or postgraduate qualifications will be well regarded.
On offer is an hourly rate, exclusive of superannuation ranging from $35.00 - $47.00 for Registered Nurses
