Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? Pindara Private Hospital is seeking motivated RNs to join our busy 28-bed surgical ward, specialising in urology, gynaecology, women’s health, and plastics.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Monitor and assess patients, responding promptly to clinical changes.
• Assist with procedures and contribute to care planning.
• Support patients and families through education and guidance.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses).
• Enrolled nurses will be medication endorsed and IV qualified.
• Recent acute care or surgical ward experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including night shifts.
• Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

Remuneration: RN On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
