Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Greenslopes Private Hospital on a full time permanent basis. As an Experienced Oncology Pharmacist you will provide mentorship, guidance and support the Oncology pharmacy team to

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment;
• Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
• Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
• Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.

 What you’ll bring

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
• Previous experience is oncology pharmacy
• Compounding experience (desirable)
• Experience in using CHARM software (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
