About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse (CN) to join our Care Awaiting Placement Ward (CAP) at Glengarry Private Hospital. As a CN of the ward, you will coordinate the shift and you support the team, uphold safety and standards, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative and patient-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
The CAP will provide short term care to optimise the functioning and independence of the older person who requires more time and support to make decisions on their long-term care options.
The successful candidate’s will be available to work a rotating roster of morning and afternoons including weekends.

Key Skills and Experience
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years’ experience referable in similar field
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge and relevant clinical skills
- Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of and participation in Quality Improvement process
- Knowledge of legislation and policies relevant to nursing practice in the current workplace
- Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay Core Values
Remuneration:
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $56.40- $59.93 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Level 2 gr1-gr4)

Requirements
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
