About the Role

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager - Day Oncology, you will be required to perform chemotherapy administration and be proficient in cannulation and other related treatments. You will provide our patients with dedicated and specialised care in line with our Ramsay Way values. 

The goal for this role is to provide high quality, multi-disciplinary care to our oncology patients. Our comprehensive diagnosis and treatment services enable us to provide continuous care to our patients throughout their treatment journey and your position will be central to this purpose.

About You

You will be compassionate with strong clinical skills who can work as part of a high performing team. You will possess exceptional communication, time management, interpersonal and organisational skills, and have a passion for providing high-quality patient focused care.

You will also demonstrate;

• Current registration with AHPRA
• At least two years’ experience in Oncology
• Competency in chemotherapy administration
• Completion of an Antineoplastic Drug Administration Course would be advantageous, but not essential

Requirements
