About the Role
This opportunity will see you joining our small, friendly Theatre team at Hunters Hill Private Hospital. We have four operating theatres, specialties include Plastics, ENT (Paed & Adult), Dental (Paediatric & Adult), Dermatology (Mohs) and Ophthalmology.
In this role, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager and Registered Nurses to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Your Skills and Experience

- Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- 3 years recent nursing experience working in operating theatre in a Scrub Scout RN role
- 1 year nursing experience working in operating theatre environment for EN’s
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
Remuneration
RN $34.43 - $48.33 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE 68,033.68 - $95,500.08]
EN Medication Endorsed $ 30.95 - $33.69 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $61,157.20 - $66,571.44]

The Hospital
Hunters Hill Private Hospital, Centre for Surgical & Rehabilitation Specialities is a 40-bed surgical, medical and rehabilitation hospital, owned and operated by one of Australia's preeminent private hospital operators, Ramsay Health Care. The hospital is located in the Sydney suburb of Hunters Hill, approximately 10 kilometres northwest of the centre of Sydney.
