About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available to be part of the Catering leadership team and work with people passionate about making a positive change in the Hospital space.
This role will see you supporting the Catering Manager in the overall operations of the department, delivering a modern dining standard and providing excellent meals for patients, staff, the cafeteria, and functions.
About You
You will bring your experience and culinary standards to a Private Health Care setting and help us become the benchmark in food service delivery!
You will also bring:
- Commercial Cookery Trade Certificate
- Experience in workforce management is essential
- Minimum 5 years Head Chef or similar experience
- Experience in purchasing, product specification, stock control, receipt and a computerised menu system
- Experience within a hospital, hotel or bulk catering background is desirable

Requirements
Everyone who joins Ramsay:
