About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected team. This full-time role would suit someone looking to utilise their experience in office administration, managing a team, previous medical reception background and front facing customer service.
You will be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:
- Previous medical administration experience in healthcare setting desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Eagerness to earn and develop professionally.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritise effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Remuneration: On offer - NSW Health Professionals & Support Services Enterprise Agreement + Superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
