About the Role
This direct leadership role will see you leading and supporting our front-line team members with the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager.
- You will be joining a 30 bed Private Orthopaedics, Plastics, Vascular and Medical Overflow unit.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be part of the management team and be responsible for the effective management and efficient coordination of clinical services at Joondalup Health Campus.
This role will require the flexibility to work across a seven-day roster.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset working in an acute care setting with extensive experience in the Orthopaedic and Plastics specialty. Your ability to supervise, lead, direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes, and your well-developed planning, prioritisation and time management skills are critical for this role.
You will also bring:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience as a Registered Nurse with co-ordinating skills
- Positive can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
- Experience in coordinating shifts and managing the unit after hours
- Experience as a Clinical Nurse / Coordinator within an inpatient environment
Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $102,387.90 - $108,784.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
