We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Day Oncology and Infusion Centre at St George Private Hospital.
These are Permanent Full-time position working up to 76 hours per fortnight Monday-Friday
About the Role
The Day Oncology Infusion Centre at St George Private Hospital is an 18 bed unit providing comprehensive patient focused care through the use of a holistic approach.
As the Registered Nurse you will provide our patients with dedicated and specialised care to which our unit prides itself. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each patient. You will be reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and working alongside a supportive team.

About You
To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet your responsibilities.
You will also demonstrate;
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Two (2) Years postgraduate experience, ideally within an acute care environment.
- Central line management experience
- Administration of chemotherapy
- Cannulation skills
- Minimum (2) years Medical - Haematology/Oncology nursing experience
- An ability to provide clear patient education and instruction
- Proven ability to work effectively in a health-care team, and positively influence the performance of other staff.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
