About the Role
Kareena Private Hospital is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team. This role is for a part-time weekend physiotherapist responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and contributing to discharge planning within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with the values and strategic goals of Ramsay Health Care. This role offers variety across clinical areas and will be appointed at Grade 1 or Grade 2, depending on experience.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong clinical and communication skills, a passion for customer-focused care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum one (1) year of physiotherapy experience in a hospital setting.
- Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.

Requirements
