The Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Baringa Private Hospital in our Medical and Rehabilitation team.
We are dedicated to providing high quality patient care to a range of patients including the areas of Rehabilitation and Wound care.
Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Maintaining and improving the standard of nursing care, providing clinical expertise and local leadership.
- Maintain positive relationships and strong communication networks with doctors, patients and other stakeholders so that quality clinical outcomes are achieved
- Managing rapidly changing situations that affect patient care and workload.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill set in a hospital setting with experience working in an acute medical setting.
The successful candidate will also meet the following.
- Relevant registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of 4 years post registration experience in relevant speciality
- Proven ability to manage designated portfolio and display sound leadership skills
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $55.17 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
