We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist (Grade 3) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team

About the Role

The Grade 3 Physiotherapist responsibilities include:
- Leading a small team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants in providing high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning covering the Inpatient Rehabilitation services.
- Providing mentoring, clinical support and supervision for staff within designated area.
- Facilitation and evaluation of Quality Activities within service area.
- Fostering a collaborative Multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Assisting the planning and development of Rehabilitation services.
- Supporting staff resource management within the Physiotherapy Department.
About You
To succeed in this role you will possess a strong customer-centred focus and be highly skilled in the assessment and management of a wide range of conditions (including post lower limb orthopaedic, spinal and cardiac surgery, general medical and reconditioning populations). You will have well developed leadership and communication skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and foster positive team relationships.
We are looking for experienced Physiotherapists who thrive working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
You will also bring;
- Registration with AHPRA as a physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience (3+ years within Rehabilitation setting)
- Ability to effectively plan, implement and evaluate physiotherapy treatment programs.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical outcomes and practice based on evidence and research.
- Ability to work weekends / Public Holidays on a roster basis
- Previous experience within rehabilitation and acute hospital setting highly desirable
Remuneration:
On offer is a salary range from: $ 108,000 - $121,000 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications.
