About the Role
Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist Team Leader to join our Allied Health team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with leadership and service development responsibilities.

- Maximum Part-Time
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support the physiotherapy team across a broad caseload, including acute medical and surgical inpatients, orthopaedics, critical care, maternity, and rehabilitation
- Coordinate and manage the physiotherapy inpatient service
- Contribute to service planning, development, and quality improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy to both inpatients and outpatients.
- Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, marketing, and billing for patients.
- Support recruitment, rostering, and team management.
- Deliver clinical supervision and mentoring to physiotherapy staff and students.
- Assist in evaluating and improving service processes and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and safe discharge planning.
About You
You are an experienced, patient-focused physiotherapist with a passion for leadership and service development. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident managing clinical, operational, and strategic aspects of a growing team.
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3–5 years post-graduate experience in hospital, outpatient, or private practice settings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring staff.
- High-level interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Proven ability to implement and evaluate evidence-based practice.
