About the Role
Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Allied Health team on a part-time (2+ days per week), maximum term basis. This diverse role will see you delivering high-quality care to adult acute medical and surgical inpatients, inpatient and day rehabilitation clients, with the opportunity to work with Ramsay Health Plus outpatients.
You will work closely with other Speech Pathologists and a collaborative multidisciplinary team of Allied Health, Nursing, and medical professionals.
The role requires a proactive clinician with excellent time management skills and a strong commitment to delivering patient-centred care.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in adult acute and/or rehabilitation settings (desirable).
- Skills in VFSS and/or FEES (desirable).
- Experience in SPEAK OUT! or LSVT programs (desirable).
- High-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload and prioritise effectively.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
- Professional conduct with a commitment to confidentiality and ongoing development.
- Sound knowledge of community services and referral pathways.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach aligned with Ramsay’s core values.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
