The Opportunity
The Performance Acceleration team has built a strong reputation across the business for identifying and implementing practical, high-impact, and data-driven improvements through close collaboration with Operations Executive Teams. We combine diverse skills and experience from both within and outside of Ramsay Health Care, and pride ourselves on being dynamic, constructive, and collaborative.
Within Performance Acceleration, the Growth team focuses on supporting our sites to drive increased admissions with a strategic and sustainable lens. The Implementation Lead will play a central role in bringing new systems and ways of working to life across our hospitals, ensuring change is effectively embedded and aligned with broader organisational goals.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and experienced individual with excellent stakeholder management skills. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering meaningful results for the business, confident working across a wide range of stakeholders and external partners, and able to use their problem-solving acumen to successfully deliver new tools and embed lasting change.
What you’ll do
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, build consensus, and support adoption of new tools and processes.
• Schedule and help facilitate workshops, training, and project activities, ensuring deliverables are aligned with relevant internal processes and policies.
• Partner with external vendors and internal teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions, translating technical language into practical business outcomes.
• Support stakeholders to develop the skills and confidence to use new tools, including adapting or creating training materials and leading rollout at scale.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and dependencies early, and contribute to practical solutions while balancing competing priorities and timelines.
• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across the business, while contributing ideas and insights to improve delivery and outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, able to build trust and credibility while constructively challenging where needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear materials for senior audiences.
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
• Experience navigating and drawing insights from Ramsay applications and systems preferred (e.g., DataHub, PowerBI, Meditech, TM1).
• Comfortable engaging with technical language, with a curiosity to learn and a pragmatic approach to bridging business and IT.
• Experience working with external vendors or project partners, with an ability to balance collaboration and accountability.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and perform effectively under pressure.
• A proactive, self-directed approach – able to generate ideas, make suggestions, and work independently when required.
