About the Role
As our Clinical Nurse, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members.
This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.
Your Skills and Experience
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in the speciality area.
- Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance.
- Clinical leadership experience is desirable.
- Experience with Auditing, competency assessment, Development and updates of Policies and work instructions.
The flexibility to handle a rotating roster with weekend and evening shifts and night shifts will be key for this role.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $52.86 - $56.83 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse Level 2 gr1-gr4) [$104,451.36 - $112,296.08]
