Physiotherapist - Grade 2

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning with a focus on quality, safety and patient outcomes. You will work alongside other highly motivated and dedicated Allied Health staff in achieving exceptional outcomes and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

At Masada Private Hospital, we pride ourselves on our high level of care and patient outcomes. We specialise in providing care for orthopaedics, fractures and reconditioning type patients. Candidates will be working in both the Inpatient and Day Rehab areas of service.

Hours are flexible and can be easily adapted to work around school hours or your own preferences. Permanent part-time or full-time negotiable for the right candidate.

What you’ll bring

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
• Minimum of two years experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
• Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice  

Remuneration

PH hour - $45.07 + superannuation based on experience and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances (Grade 2, year 1)

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
