About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team.  You will be a trusted advisor to our Health Services division, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for critical and hard-to-fill roles. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent to Ramsay and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand, showcasing our unique EVP through compelling content, engaging events, and targeted campaigns.
• Utilise various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including headhunting passive candidates.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, online platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, including interview techniques and selection processes.
• Champion a positive candidate experience, reflecting the Ramsay Way.
• Track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for critical and hard to fill roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A passion for providing exceptional candidate experiences.
