About The Opportunity

Come and join the leadership team at Ramsay Clinic Berkeley Vale Private Hospital! Taking a holistic approach to mental health, this management opportunity joins a great team offering acute inpatient services, neurostimulation services and day programs for people requiring support for mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, personality and adjustment disorders and post-traumatic stress.

Working with a diverse multidisciplinary team and highly experienced psychiatrists to support the delivering high quality mental health care to the Central Coast community.

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience in a psychiatric setting is essential for this role.
  • Recent experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Prior demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others.

About Ramsay

A member of Ramsay Health Care Limited since July, 2001, Berkeley Vale Private Hospital (BVPH) has 41 beds and provides services for rehabilitation, medical and mental health patients.

Support facilities include on-site hydrotherapy pool and a variety of allied health services. Ramsay Health Plus Berkeley Vale is a highly regarded practice of allied health professionals delivering physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and a range of other services.

Specialists in Rehabilitation Medicine direct rehabilitation services. Programs are provided for neurological, musculo-skeletal, orthopaedic, amputee and other disabling conditions. Some of these programs are designed for day patients.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
