Clinical Nurse Educator Rehabilitation
John Flynn Private Hospital are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Registered Nurse to join our supportive team as a Clinical Nurse Educator on a Permanent Part-Time basis, 24 hours a fortnight.

About the Role
Reporting to the Staff Development Manager, The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for all educational (programs / in-service / competency) requirements for two Rehabilitation Units at John Flynn Private Hospital, in addition to Corporate educational needs.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong clinical background with a demonstrated ability to educate and lead others to achieve results. This opportunity will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Your positive attitude, ability to prioritise, delegate and adapt, along with your excellent time management skills are all of critical importance for this role.
You will also bring:
Relevant registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Education and Rehabilitation (clinical) experience highly sort after
- A minimum of 4 years post registration experience, plus experience in a relevant specialty area
- Demonstrated ability to educate staff in formal and informal settings
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Expert computer literacy in all Microsoft programs
- Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment (Desirable)
- Completion of a Preceptorship Program (Desirable)
- ALS assessor qualifications (Desirable)
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from; $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (Level 2.4)
