The Opportunity
Greenslopes Private Hospital Administration Department has a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and rostering of staff to ensure service requirements are met across all administration departments. This includes managing both planned and unplanned leave, ensuring appropriate skill sets are allocated to each shift, and collaborating with team leaders to maintain optimal service delivery. Data entry of rosters and timecard information across all administration departments. The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Your Key Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working in a team of doctors, nurses, medical professionals, administrators and non-clinical staff.
You will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience within hospital administration
- Roster Management & Payroll Processing
- Strong computer literacy and skills using Microsoft applications
- Data Entry and Reporting
- Ability to complete tasks in designated timeframes
- Certificate in Medical Terminology is desirable
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $34.61 - $36.49 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Clerical Grade 4 Yr1 to Grade 4Yr 4 ).
