12 Month Fixed Term Full Time Role (Maternity Leave Relief)
The Opportunity
You will be joining our Medical Records Team holding a key responsibility of maintaining patient medical records for the hospital.
In this role:
- You will be rotating duties within the team and have the opportunity to offer general administrative support to other elements of the team from time to time
- In this role, you will report to Clinical Coding Manger and work closely with a supportive small team.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry. You will be a proactive professional with strong attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the work day.
You will also have:
- Any experience with Patient Management Systems will be highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong attention detail
- Strong time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to respect privacy and confidentiality
- Intermediate computer knowledge/ literacy
- Experience within a similar role in a hospital or health care setting will be highly regarded, though not essential
Remuneration
On offer is base salary ranging from $32.20 to $33.13 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
