About the Role
Joining our consulting suites team who run 5 consulting suite rooms for approx 50 specialists within the month, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer-focused service and performing key administrative duties within the department.
Must be available 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, no weekend work and once a month Wednesday evening clinic 1pm to approx 10pm. Most shifts are 5 hours, either 8-1 or 1-6. Closed all QLD public Holidays.

You are a highly organised, enthusiastic professional, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be a well-presented individual who possesses highly developed communication skills, is flexible and excels in a multi-disciplined team environment.
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong computer literacy and skills using Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, Workcover is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud-based programs Gentu, Xestro, Clinic to Cloud and Nookal, would be an advantage but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Must have working with Childrens card
- Ability to complete tasks in designated timeframes
- High level of computer skills within the Microsoft suite
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $30.31 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Clerical Grade 2 year 2)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
