Administration Officers - Clinical Support
Joondalup Health Campus, Joondalup
- 1 x permanent part-time position (38 hours per fortnight) supporting ICU/HDU
- 1 x permanent full-time position supporting General Medicine and Medical Specialties
- 1 x permanent part-time position (38 hours per fortnight) supervising the clinical admin support team and providing annual or sick leave cover when required
About the roles
You will provide high level, comprehensive and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the relevant Head of Service, other medical officers and clinicians within the relevant Department, Specialty, or Service.
You will also act in a professional manner at all times when dealing with internal and external customers.
Continually update knowledge with regards to professional occupation/work area and evaluate own performance to identify strengths and areas where professional growth can occur.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of a confidential administrative/secretarial service in a Healthcare environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility to undertake duties without direct supervision both independently and as a member of a team, within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to effectively organise and prioritise activities to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office programs and RHC rostering applications.
For supervisory role:
Remuneration: 1 x part-time and 1 full-time ($39.90 to $44.11 per hour)
1 x part-time supervisory role ($45.02 to $48.92 per hour)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
