An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Clerk join the dynamic Business Support Team at Ramsay Cairns.
The Opportunity
As a Finance Clerk at Cairns Private Hospital, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive administration team, responsible for providing high-quality customer service in areas such as banking, cash handling, accounts receivable/payable, and general administrative functions.
This is a full-time position, with part-time requests considered for the right person.

Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable within a large organisation
- Sound understanding of payment and collection procedures for accounts payable/receivable
- Knowledge of general ledger accounts and coding procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using SAP Finance system (desirable)
- Experience in a healthcare environment (desirable)
- Working towards an accounting qualification (desirable)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Remuneration
On offer is a salary rate ranging from: $60-$70k + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
