About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the health care and hospital support teams in the provision of services, patient transport using dedicated equipment and care for patients within the limitations specified by qualification standards, Hospital policies and guidelines.

You should be committed to maintaining the utmost cleanliness and demonstrate genuine passion for achieving excellence in your work.
Successful candidates will also meet the following criteria:
- Certificate 3 in Health Service Assistance or Cert 3 in Aged Care
- Recent acute hospital experience in a similar position is ideal
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team structure and independently as required,
- Act in a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers and staff,
- Self-motivated and ability to follow directions
- Excellent time management skills, and
- Basic computer skills.
Desirable:
- Nursing Student Year 2 -3
- Certificate 4 in Health Services

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- This role requires a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
