About the Role
John Flynn Private Hospital Ward 2B is a 24 bed Orthopaedic Ward searching for enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our growing team!
This opportunity will include the development and provision of evidence-based clinical nursing, whilst working and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. This opportunity enables you to act as a clinical expert, professional role model and change agent to promote practice development and quality initiatives that promote the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality patient focused service.
Your Key Skills and Experience
This is a rewarding role that requires an extraordinary clinical professional with highly developed communication, problem solving, and clinical skills.
- Currently registration with APHRA as a registered nurse
- Minimum 2-years’ Orthopaedic experience
- Excellent time management or organisation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment providing support, leadership and education to staff.
- Post graduate qualification desirable or working towards same
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
