The Opportunity
Ramsay Health Care is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support five key Gold Coast sites: Pindara Private Hospital, The Southport Private Hospital, Billings Hub, Short Street Day Surgery, and Pindara Day Procedure Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to drive workforce strategy, deliver expert HR support, and lead organisational development initiatives across a diverse and dynamic portfolio. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality generalist HR advice, including employee and industrial relations, while helping shape the future of healthcare on the Gold Coast.
What You’ll Do
- Offer expert support and guidance to managers on performance management, complex case handling, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead and execute local, state, and national HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Deliver training and coaching to strengthen managerial capabilities in HR practices and legislative compliance.
- Drive cultural transformation and lead organisational development initiatives to enhance workplace effectiveness.
- Monitor and address workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies to optimise talent management.
- Provide support in industrial relations, including negotiations and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate not only your ability to meet the outlined requirements but also a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Please address how you meet the following selection criteria:
- At least 5 years of experience in senior HR or Industrial Relations roles.
- Relevant qualifications in HRM, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in complex case management, industrial relations, and driving cultural change initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence, coach, and guide stakeholders effectively.
