About the Role
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for the provision of a professional and effective Human Resources advisory service, providing advice to line managers, coordinating all matters relating to employee relations, performance management, grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
You will contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices.
Positively promoting Ramsay Health Care’s core values and working cooperatively and collaboratively with a respected and friendly team, supporting the HRBP’s and reporting to the HR Manager.
About You

Further to this, your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills will assist in your ability to influence others and manage multiple matters effectively, working within a small, busy team.
You must have experience in the following:
- Providing accurate and timely information to line managers on managing employee relations, performance management and workplace policies including end to end case management.
- Providing coaching and advisory service to managers and staff on employee conditions and HR matters.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships to support the exchange of advice and information, and to enable early intervention in industrial relations, people management and workplace relations matters.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and participating in project groups to support the successful outcomes of people management and workplace relations initiatives.
- Ability to complete work within timeframes, managing competing priorities and ensure attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline would be highly advantageous.
You will also bring:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally within healthcare or aged care.
- Strong ability to interpret industrial instruments, legislation and HR policies and procedures.
- A proactive, solution focused mindset and the ability to drive positive workplace outcomes.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced computer literacy and ability in Microsoft Office programs
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $51.49 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.
