Come and join the friendly team at Frances Perry House. We are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to manage the DOSA / URO / Pre Admission, and Breast care services.
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational clinical management with a focus on quality and patient safety, staff development and providing support to staff whilst ensuring a high standard of clinical practice is maintained.

The role will encompass, but is not limited to:
- Accountability for the efficient and effective management of all human and material resources
- Be a positive mentor and provide clinical leadership and support to your team
- Assist in shaping organisational strategy, improve procedural service provision and achieve departmental and Hospital strategic objectives.
Your Skills and Experience
You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience
- Experience in Women’s health
- Post-graduate studies in management qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Experience in management desirable
