The Opportunity
You will be joining our friendly Team providing a comprehensive range of administrative support services across our busy medical/surgical ward of Albury Wodonga Private Hospital Hospital. This includes supporting patients, clinical and non-clinical staff within our hospital.
Working on a busy medical/surgical ward requires excellent computer skills and knowledge using Meditech and Microsoft office. You will manage patient bed allocations and patient movement, collating patient files, managing patient bookings with allied health services and general ward administration.
Hours range between 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally (but not essential) experience within the Healthcare Industry. You will be a proactive professional with a high attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the workday. Any experience brought in patient care setting will be highly regarded.
You will also demonstrate:
- A positive and welcoming customer service skillset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive high-performing team.
- Experience with patient management systems (MediTech) will be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills with a clear understanding of the MS Office suite.
- Any relevant administrative qualifications will be highly regarded.
Remuneration: Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
