About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Physiotherapist with a positive attitude to join our team. This opportunity will see you working alongside a dedicated allied health and clinical team that provides a variety of rehabilitation programs in an in-patient setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, providing therapy in both individual and group settings whilst developing appropriate discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team. This will include assisting Physiotherapists in the treatment of participants, with the goals of achieving client-centred outcomes and improved functional capacity.
About You
You will be an experienced Physiotherapist, with experience obtained in an acute hospital setting. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and deliver a high standard of customer-focused service in line with our Ramsay core values. Your proven leadership skills and experience will demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and workloads both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Criteria
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration.
- The ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgement and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice.
- The ability to devise and evaluate evidence-based practice within assessment and treatment protocols.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years clinical experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated high level time management and ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/ caseload.
- Previous experience working in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting.
- Applicants must be flexible, team oriented and prepared to hit the ground running.
Remuneration: Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the last 12 months
