The Opportunity
 
We are seeking a motivated Stores & Supply Manager to provide procurement direction and leadership to the Stores and Supply team.
 
 
This position will see you:
 
• Coordinate and control the purchasing of goods, services, and equipment
• Ensure hospital requirements are met at the best value, with appropriate quality and service standards
• Efficient receiving, storage and issuing of general and medical supplies and equipment
• Liaising with stakeholders across the hospital
 
Overall, you will be a leader with a passion for analysis and problem solving with the ability to effectively identify and implement continuous improvement activities.
 
 
Skills and Experience
 
To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience managing supply networks with hospital/medical experience being highly desired. You will be a strong communicator, highly organised and process driven with a strong attention to detail.
 
In addition, you will also bring:
 
• Any relevant logistics/supply qualifications (desirable)
• Qualification in Purchasing or SAP (desirable)
• Previous supply/purchasing experience
• Previous experience in a hospital environment supply role (desirable)
• Experience using SAP/other computerised inventory control system
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
