Facilities and Property Coordinator

Are you a hands on problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment?

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities and Property Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our buildings, facilities, and property projects across multiple sites.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and high quality spaces, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
You’ll bring a strong background in facilities management, project coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement. A company car will be provided, and interstate travel may be required.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the day to day operations of buildings and facilities, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and compliant.
  • Plan and deliver maintenance, refurbishment, and upgrade projects from concept to completion.
  • Respond promptly to property maintenance requests and coordinate efficient resolutions.
  • Work closely with tradespeople, contractors, and suppliers — obtaining quotes and scheduling work effectively.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
  • Prioritise and track maintenance requests using the Service Now platform.
  • Oversee budgets, monitor expenditure, and provide regular financial and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external service providers, and regulatory bodies to maintain smooth operations.
