What You’ll Do

An exciting opportunity awaits at Ramsay Pharmacy Taylor Centre for a motivated Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

In this customer-facing role, you will be the friendly face of our retail shopfront, welcoming customers, answering enquiries, and providing exceptional service. You will work alongside a supportive and enthusiastic team, enjoy a well-balanced roster, and play a key role in driving sales and achieving KPIs.

We are looking for someone who’s passionate about retail pharmacy, confident in guiding and assisting others, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture.

What you’ll bring

• Ability to manage and support a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
• You love working in a team, and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:  

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
