We are seeking a motivated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital on a casual basis. About the Role
As a key member of our Medical Centre team, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our patients.
Your day will include:
- Managing reception and administrative duties with accuracy and care.
- Handling enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinating bookings, billing, and patient records.
- Supporting the medical and nursing teams to deliver excellent patient service.

About You
You are a positive, self-motivated person with excellent communication and people skills. You take pride in being professional, reliable, and compassionate.
You will bring:
- Experience in a medical reception or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
- Experience with Genie or BlueChip software, and Medicare/HICAPS billing (desirable).

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
