We are seeking a motivated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team at Nambour Selangor Private Hospital on a casual basis. About the Role

As a key member of our Medical Centre team, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our patients.

Your day will include:

• Managing reception and administrative duties with accuracy and care.
• Handling enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinating bookings, billing, and patient records.
• Supporting the medical and nursing teams to deliver excellent patient service.

About You

You are a positive, self-motivated person with excellent communication and people skills. You take pride in being professional, reliable, and compassionate.

You will bring:

• Experience in a medical reception or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• Experience with Genie or BlueChip software, and Medicare/HICAPS billing (desirable).

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
