About the Role

As a key member of our hospital management team, you’ll be responsible for all medical services—overseeing clinical governance, workforce strategy, operational excellence, and education. You’ll collaborate with specialists, VMOs, and hospital leaders to elevate care standards and shape the future of our hospital.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire medical teams to deliver best-practice care
• Oversee credentialing, clinical performance, and strategic planning
• Drive workforce development, succession planning, and retention strategies
• Champion continuous improvement, safety, and compliance
• Foster partnerships with universities, colleges, and funding bodies
• Promote a culture of education, innovation, and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• AHPRA registration and relevant professional college membership
• Proven leadership in medical management
• Strong communication, strategic planning, and resource management skills
• Passion for education, clinical excellence, and transformational leadership
• Experience in facilitating college accreditation and supervising doctors in training
• Desirable: Management qualifications and experience in private healthcare
