About the position
Become a valuable member of our dynamic team within a bustling 30 bed acute Orthopaedic Ward. As part of this role, you will be accountable to the Nurse Unit Manager.
As an Enrolled Nurse you will carry out the responsibilities under the supervision and direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders.
About You
- You will be a trained nurse with strong clinical skills in a hospital setting
- Passionate about client care and upholding Ramsay’s core values
- Key to success: Flexibility for rotating rosters, weekend/evening/night shift
You will also bring;
- 2 + years surgical experience as Enrolled Nurse
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Proven ability to thrive as part of a high-performing team.
- Skill in assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating patient care delivery needs.
Desirable: Orthopaedic experience would be desired but not essential
Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $31.32 - $33.65 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr4) [ FTE $61,896.62 - $66,492]
