Private roles are available in the areas below:

• Theatres
• Medical (General medicine, short stay and Rehabilitation)
• Surgical (General, short stay and orthopaedics)
• DOSA/DPU

Your Key Skills and Experience

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
• Minimum 12-months recent experience in an acute hospital setting
• Strong clinical skillset and decision making skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice

Remuneration

A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive or penalties or allowances

Enrolled Nurses: $33.58 - $39.54 + superannuation (WA Enrolled Nurses Level 1 – Adv Skill Level 3)

Registered Nurses: $41.85 - $54.68 + superannuation (WA Registered Nurse/Midwives Level 1.1-1.8)

About Us

Ramsay Health Care is investing to expand the private services at Joondalup Health Campus, creating an identity as an excellent place to work which will support the public services already in place on campus and ensuring a commitment to delivering world-class private healthcare to Perth’s northern corridor. The redevelopment will establish a new state-of-the-art theatre complex, increase bed capacity by 55%, and enhance services across cardiology, orthopaedics, general surgery and endoscopy. Fully funded by Ramsay and aligned with the City of Joondalup’s vision to grow as a leading medical precinct, the project will feature sustainable design, and create more than 170 new clinical and support roles.

Opening in early 2026, this expansion will cement Joondalup Health Campus as one of Western Australia’s largest and most innovative public-private health facilities, providing exceptional care closer to home.
