Digital Marketing Specialist
• Full-time, fixed term 12-month contract
• Brisbane or Sydney location (we’re flexible and open to candidates based in either Brisbane or Sydney)
Join the Ramsay Health Care National Marketing Team to help drive our digital engagement strategy and strengthen brand awareness. You will manage and optimise website content as we transition to a new CMS, ensuring best-practice SEO, strong user experience, and accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics. You will work closely with the marketing team to maintain a high-performing digital ecosystem and ensure consistent, high-quality online experiences.
Key skills & experience
· Demonstrated experience with Google tools – Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Experience developing online content and improving customer experience to increase engagement and satisfaction
· Experience using a website content management system (such as Sitecore or Optimizely)
· Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
· Experience using an email marketing platform (such as Active Campaign)
· Marketing or related degree/qualification will be highly regarded
· Experience in healthcare-related marketing and digital communications will be highly regarded
Key role accountabilities
· Assist with the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy and plan
· Help grow the online profile of key services both locally and nationally through engaging experiences
· Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate and drive website improvements, making it easier for customers and stakeholders to engage with Ramsay
· Collaborate with members of the Marketing Team to execute communication strategies where digital is integrated into consumer touch points
· Review and maintain up-to-date facility information on-site (e.g., websites) and off-site (e.g., Google My Business listings)
· Grow and monitor web traffic for Ramsay Health Care and sub-brands
· Utilise web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio) to track, measure, and report on the performance of websites and digital marketing campaigns
· Ensure published information remains up-to-date and relevant
