Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, collaborative environment? Pindara Private Hospital is seeking motivated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic 29-bed Spine and Orthopaedic Ward.

About the Role
This permanent part-time opportunity offers an excellent platform to further develop your clinical skills while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will care for patients with a range of spine and orthopaedic conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and benefit from a positive workplace culture, modern facilities, and access to innovative education and professional development programs.

A 7-day rotating roster, including night duty, is a requirement of this role.

Your Skills and Experience

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in acute nursing.
• Recent experience in Spine, Orthopaedic or surgical unit.
• Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer services and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environment.
• Post Graduate qualifications will be highly regarded.

Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
