About the Role

Ramsay Health Plus provides high-quality physiotherapy services across a diverse range of clinical caseloads within both hospital and outpatient environments. This role is primarily based in an outpatient and private practice setting where you will deliver individualised assessment, evidence-based therapeutic intervention, patient education and ongoing monitoring of patient progress.

This position will work across Ramsay Health Plus and Hillcrest Private Hospital in Rockhampton, offering exposure to a varied and rewarding clinical caseload.

About You

You are a motivated Physiotherapist who enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team and is committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values. You bring strong clinical skills in outpatient physiotherapy, a genuine passion for patient care, and a commitment to delivering a high standard of customer-focused service.

You will also demonstrate:

  • A recognised Physiotherapy qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an outpatient setting
  • Experience in medical and surgical inpatient care and exercise classes (desirable)
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working within a developing service
  • Highly developed assessment and intervention skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays

The successful applicant must be flexible to work across a seven-day rotating roster.

Remuneration

Base hourly rates are in accordance with the applicable Enterprise Agreement, plus superannuation, and are dependent on experience and qualifications. Rates are exclusive of penalties and allowances.

Requirements

  • Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
