National People Operations Team

Multiple Casual and Fixed-Term (12 month) Opportunities | Hybrid

Our National People Operations team is expanding, and we have multiple opportunities available to join our innovative, supportive and friendly department.

About the Role

You will work in a collaborative team supporting Health Care Managers across 73 Ramsay Hospitals in Australia to recruit high-quality talent. You will maintain and grow our pool of talented candidates. You’ll process multiple job vacancies at once, support volume recruitment activity, and be a key touchpoint for candidates throughout their journey with Ramsay.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate management and matching talent to role requirements across the business
• Phone and resume screening
• Talent pipeline optimization and management of talent communities for multiple specialties
• Writing and advertising engaging advertisements, to attract candidates for current and future vacancies
• Providing recruitment support to key stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and documentation within the ATS.

What you’ll bring

• You will be inquisitive and proactive in resourcing candidates
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR or a talent coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A customer-service mindset with a genuine care for candidate experience
• Confidence communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience using recruitment systems (ATS) highly regarded
• Exceptional team-playing skills.

Work Location & Flexibility

• Team members can choose to work from our Greenslopes office or from home
• Home-based employees must have a suitable home office that meets Ramsay’s health and safety requirements
• Generally, home-based staff attend the Ramsay Head Office at Greenslopes Private Hospital one day per week — flexibility is supported.
