The Opportunity
As a Theatre Bookings Administration Officer in the Operating Theatres, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of all administrative tasks within this dynamic environment. Working closely with our team and specialists, you will review and finalize operating theatre schedules, ensure accurate and timely data entry, and foster strong, essential relationships with our valued customers. Your contributions will be key to maintaining efficiency and excellence in patient care.
We are seeking a dedicated, flexible and motivated Administrator to support our healthcare operations on a part time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients, Specialists, and staff experience seamless and efficient administrative services.

You will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and understand how to leave our customers with a professional and positive impression of our site, all in line with our Ramsay Core Values.
You will also demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Medical Administrator
- Experience working with Medical Terminology
- Managing appointments, records, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Be passionate, engaging and focused on providing exceptional customer service and sensitivity to patient & family needs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete tasks within a designated timeframe
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to learn new systems including Patient Management software.
