The Opportunity
Joining a dynamic team, the Pharmacy Revenue Officer is a key member of the team responsible for the maintenance of the Ramsay Health Care (RHC) Pharmacy revenue streams and associated accounting and reconciliation processes.
This position will:
• Take a critical role in the revenue recording of the RHC Pharmacy Team including invoicing, debtor management, bank clearing and reconciliations.
• Assist with some accounting related processes such a rebate recognition and intercompany postings.
• Work closely with the RHC Pharmacy Finance Team to ensure understanding of financial performance of the business unit
• Work with RHC Corporate Team to contribute to the half-year / year-end audit and statutory reporting

Your Essential Skills and Experience
• Year 12 or equivalent secondary school education
• Prior experience in an Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret financial information and identity areas of concern
• Self-starter with ability to set own targets and complete tasks within a timely manner
• Ability to work across multiple platforms/data systems
• Advanced skills in Excel
Desirable
• Bachelor degree (tertiary level) with a Business or Accounting related major (if CPA qualification is part of your desired career pathway we are willing to support for the appropriate candidate)
• Exposure to SAP and TMI and/or similar accounting software
• Previous experience within the health care sector
