The Opportunity

Ramsay Clinic New Farm is seeking dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (IV Qualified) to join our specialised Mental Health team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals receiving treatment within our clinic. Working in a therapeutic environment, you will support patients through their recovery journey, contributing to positive and meaningful outcomes.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to deliver safe and effective care across the ward. You’ll be part of a team of passionate professionals committed to maintaining Ramsay Health Care’s exceptional standards.

About You

You are a caring and professional nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high standards of clinical care.

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate clinical experience
• Demonstrated experience in mental health settings, including Eating Disorders, Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) services and Older Persons
• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
• Strong time management, critical thinking, and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach

Highly Desirable

• Experience in drug and alcohol rehabilitation
• Experience working with eating disorders
• Experience working with Older Persons in a Mental Health setting
• Exposure to general mental health or aged mental health/elderly assessments

Requirements

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
