We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health Information Manager / Clinical Coder to join our team immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional seeking flexibility, with part-time or full-time arrangements available.
This role is multi-site, working across Frances Perry House and Ramsay Clinic Albert Road. Days and hours are negotiable, and onsite coding is required at both locations.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely clinical coding, supporting high-quality health information management, and ensuring compliance with reporting and funding requirements across both sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate clinical coding in accordance with Australian Coding Standards
- Complete coding within required timeframes to support reporting and funding
- Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality
About You
- Qualified Health Information Manager and/or Clinical Coder
- Demonstrated experience in clinical coding (acute care experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

Requirements
- Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
