Shift Coordinator CN role | Permanent Part Time – 64 hours per fortnight
As the Theatre Shift Coordinator (Clinical Nurse) leads and manages theatre operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, staff allocation, and high-quality perioperative care. Acting as the clinical lead, you support the team, uphold safety and standards, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative, patient-focused environment in a fast-paced surgical setting.

In this position you will be working alongside other clinical nurses to:

Essential Criteria
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years recent scrub scout surgery experience
- Perioperative Graduate Certificate (looked favourably) ,
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge and relevant clinical skills in Theatre
- Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of and participation in Quality Improvement process
- Knowledge of legislation and policies relevant to nursing practice in the current workplace
- Willingness to accept and promote Hollywood Core Values
Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $102,387.90 - $108,784.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
