The Opportunity 
 
We have a portfolio of transformational work to uplift Ramsay Cyber Security capability to support the Digital Transformation for patients, clinicians, partners and staff. Many of these projects are at varying stages, and we’re looking for professionals with Cyber Security experience to lead the value propositions, requirements, product selection, design, implementation, policies, procedures, and organisational change management. This portfolio of work will support a significant part of Ramsay Digital plans and investment for this year and beyond. 
 
About you
 
To be successful in this role, you will:
 
Essential
 
• Understanding of cyber security technology, risk and governance.
• Significant experience of leading complex projects in cyber security.
• Confident in leading teams shaping ideas and concept journeys to requirements, solution definition, build, test and implementation. 
• Experience in initiating and managing the end-to-end project lifecycles in a structured environment. 
• Ability to manage the work of a project team to agreed outcomes, in line with relevant governance approaches and tools
• Confidence in applying structured techniques in an unstructured environment.
• Experience of working with architects and solution designers translating requirements to platform capabilities and designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and proven ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels and from different disciplines. 
• Establish milestones and manage adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Ensuring project decisions, changes, exceptions, issues, and risks are managed, recorded and communicated.
• Be responsible for forecasting cost, billable revenue, project delivery schedule and resource utilisation of projects.
• Manage market scans, RFP Lifecycle and support negotiation to contract signing.
• Onboarding partners and/or 3rd party providers via procurement processes to help deliver projects.
• Experience working within an Agile/iterative framework, including an understanding of the methodology, ceremonies, tools, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and proven ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels and from different disciplines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, and self-driven with a positive attitude.
 
Desirable
 
• PMBoK or PRINCE2 certified.
• Previous experience in the health care sector and working with confidential / private health data.
• Experience in Security of Critical Infrastructure and health security standards is highly desirable.
• Experience working with sponsors, product owners and systems experts in greenfield or early concept environments.
• Significant change management or transformation experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM or equivalent are highly desirable.

Requirements
